Who we are

Kingsway Payroll Services is operated by Torus Management LLC, which is the controller for the personal data described here. Privacy enquiries: sales@kingswaypayroll.co.uk.

What data we hold

We may hold professional contact details; information you submit about your agency, workforce, payroll, contractual chain, funding and provider requirements; international project, country, role and engagement requirements; the Friday Test verdict, map and other estimates produced from those answers; correspondence, service and introduction records; and basic website security data such as IP address and request logs.

Answers remain in your browser until you choose to send them. We do not require worker names, payslips or special-category personal data in the Friday Test.

Where we get it

From you directly, from your employer, from public company and professional sources, and from business-data providers.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use it to operate the Friday Test, respond to requests, prepare a Friday Decision Memo, manage business relationships, make an introduction you have separately requested, assess an international workforce enquiry, prepare an initial country-route view, contact you about potential next steps, keep records, protect the website and contact relevant businesses about our services.

We rely on legitimate interests for B2B service delivery, relationship management, security and relevant business marketing; steps taken at your request where applicable; and legal obligations for records we must keep. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

Who we share it with

We use providers for hosting, security, email and customer-relationship systems, plus professional advisers where necessary. We disclose information where legally required.

No payroll or funding provider receives your details from the Friday Test unless you separately approve an introduction. For a global workforce enquiry, identifiable client or worker information is not passed to an employment, payroll or contractor-service partner until you authorise the relevant assessment, quotation or onboarding step. Before personal data is shared with or collected for a service partner, we identify each recipient, explain the purpose and relevant privacy information, and obtain the required authorisation. We do not sell personal data.

Where your data is held

Our systems may be operated or accessed in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States and United Arab Emirates. Where UK transfer rules apply, we use the relevant adequacy arrangement or contractual safeguards and complete any required transfer assessment. Contact us for information about the safeguard used for a particular transfer.

How long we keep it

Submitted enquiries and reviews are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Introduction, service, contract, invoicing and commission records may be kept for six years. Worker and onboarding information is kept only for the applicable service, legal and record-keeping periods, which are explained for the engagement. A minimal suppression record is kept for as long as needed to respect an opt-out. Security logs follow the hosting provider’s standard security-retention period.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to our use. The right to object to direct marketing applies at any time. Email sales@kingswaypayroll.co.uk. We respond without undue delay and normally no later than one calendar month.

How to make a data protection complaint

Email sales@kingswaypayroll.co.uk with the subject “Data protection complaint”. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge complaints within 30 days, investigate them without undue delay, keep you informed and explain the outcome.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Stopping contact from us

Email sales@kingswaypayroll.co.uk with the word Unsubscribe. We retain only the information needed to honour the request.

The Friday Map

The Friday Map is an automated first-pass illustration. It does not make a legally binding or similarly significant decision about a person. A human reviews any requested Decision Memo or provider introduction.

Cookies and measurement

The site uses one first-party cookie called kingsway_consent to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional measurement. It contains only the consent version and two yes-or-no choices, expires after 180 days and is treated as necessary because otherwise the site would have to ask on every visit.

Cloudflare may also use strictly necessary security cookies when it needs to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated or abusive requests. Hosting, security and externally hosted font services receive ordinary technical request data needed to deliver the page.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is active on this site only after you allow the Analytics choice, and never before. If you allow it, the site loads Google Analytics to count page views and the limited actions listed below. Google Analytics normally uses first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<container-id>, with a default lifetime of up to two years. Kingsway disables Google signals and advertising personalisation in its configuration, and no conversion-linker code is present on this site. You can reject Analytics with one click, and you can revoke a previous choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, which also removes the Google cookies the site can see.

Advertising measurement: not currently active

Google Ads conversion measurement is not currently active on this site, and no Google Ads code exists on it. No advertising-measurement choice is offered, and your consent choice always records advertising measurement as off. If Kingsway later runs paid advertising, the planned approach is reporting-only: the anonymous Analytics events described below, which exist only if you allowed Analytics, may be imported from Google Analytics into Google Ads to report which campaigns led to genuine enquiries. That import adds no code, cookies or identifiers to this site. Any on-site advertising measurement beyond that — advertising cookies, ad user data, or anything similar — would be a new choice: the consent version would change and you would be asked again before it applied to you; a past “accept” would not be reused. Kingsway will not use measurement to build remarketing audiences or personalise adverts.

What measurement contains

The permitted events are: route selected, Friday Test started, Friday Test completed, memo requested, booking link clicked and enquiry submitted. Their fields are limited to a route number, Stay/Fix/Move verdict, page path or source page where relevant. Measurement never includes names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages, Friday Test answers, calculated figures or the contents of a memo.

No Google Analytics or Google Ads code is requested before you opt in. Rejecting optional cookies is available alongside accepting them, with equal prominence, and rejecting loads no Google measurement or advertising code. The site uses externally hosted Google Fonts as described above. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
