How we handle an introduction
- A short enquiry. You tell us who you are and how you work.
- A conversation. We talk through the fit and how introductions would work.
- A written arrangement, where relevant. We put what we’ve agreed in writing.
- An introduction, with permission. The business agrees to hear from us, or gets in touch itself.
- Our review with the business. We look at their payroll with them and say plainly what’s worth changing.
- Updates. We keep you informed, as agreed with you and the business.
A one-off introduction can start at step 4.
Who it suits
Accountants, consultants and other business contacts
If you work closely with businesses, you may hear when payroll isn’t working for them.
You can make a single introduction, or work with us regularly as a partner. You don’t need to know payroll. Spot a likely need, ask first, and we’ll handle the review with the business.
What makes a useful introduction
A business that pays people weekly and is:
- reviewing what it pays for payroll
- unhappy with the service it gets
- spending too much time on payroll admin
- planning a change to how its payroll runs
If everyone’s paid monthly on salary, with no weekly or timesheet pay, we’re probably not the right fit.
Your relationship
Respecting your relationship with the business
The business stays in control
We only take things as far as the business wants. Its confidential information stays within the permissions it gives us.
Keeping you informed
We agree with you and the business what updates you’ll get. If they’d rather keep the detail private, that’s their call.
Any commercial arrangement
We discuss any commercial arrangement before introductions are made and confirm agreed terms in writing.
Sending a form on this page doesn’t set up a payment arrangement.
Or introduce them yourself, once they’ve agreed
If the business would rather we got in touch, send us their details. Only do this once they’ve said yes.
We’ll contact them about this introduction only, and tell them who introduced them. No automated invitation is sent.
Please don’t include anything about their workers, such as names or payslips.
Working together
A partner meeting
Tell us a little about you and how you work. We’ll reply to arrange a time to talk.
Pick a time that suits you. If you’d rather, send a short note first.

Questions
Common questions
What happens after I introduce someone?
We speak to them, understand how their payroll works and talk about whether a review would help. A provider introduction only follows if the business agrees.
What permission do I need?
Ask the person before you share their details with us. Or send them our link, so they can get in touch themselves.
What if the business already knows Kingsway?
Tell us before you make the introduction. We’ll check where things stand and agree with you how it’s treated.
Will you talk to them about anything else?
Any wider conversation follows what the business wants, the permission it gives and what we’ve agreed with you.
